Valerie is our Organization Development Consultant.

Valerie’s consulting practice is dedicated to helping individual’s leaders, teams and organizations achieve their peak performance through goal clarity, alignment, engagement and execution.

Valerie applies the “whole person” approach to her consulting practice. She has proven results in increasing the engagement of employees, building high performing teams, coaching leaders to their fullest potential and assessing and changing organization culture.

She harnesses more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organization development to help individuals, teams and organizations achieve their highest level of performance.

Her core capabilities are in People strategies, leadership and employee development framework design and implementation, organization design, coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, talent management, engagement and communication strategies, team effectiveness consulting, organization alignment and group facilitation.

She brings a rich depth of experience in cross cultural work through experience with international organizations and international education.

She has held leadership roles in: Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Organization Development as well as HR and OD consulting practices.

Her work experience extends from coast to coast in Canada, the US, South America, the Middle East and Europe in the
Oil & Gas, Energy and Aerospace sectors. She has worked with Nexen Inc., Enbridge Pipelines, Sempra Gas Inc., Emera Energy Inc., PanCanadian Petroleum Limited, Lasmo plc, Suncor Energy Inc., Imperial Oil Limited and EADS Composites Atlantic Limited.

Her education includes: a BBA and Masters studies in both Adult Education and International Organization Development. She is a certified MBTI instructor and a certified facilitator and trainer. She is passionate about helping, learning, continuous improvement, peak performance and results.  

Her education and experiences provide her with the unique skill set for effectively coaching individuals, leaders and teams to peak performance. She does this through the process of relationship building, facilitation and coaching clients around: trust, respect, clarity, alignment and commitment.
