CHANGE Management
Annette led the ‘people side’ of a recent business acquisition. This included an organizational readiness assessment, culture assessment, risk analysis and resistance management plan, followed by recommendations for ongoing change management to the newly expanded corporation.

COACHING Program Design and Delivery
Annette developed and delivered a 4-module program to teach Coaching skills to her Oil and Gas Corporate client.  Those who benefitted from this training include middle and senior executive and management professionals, HR specialists and production employees.  A Train the Trainer option has also been developed. 

This program has been delivered in both the Corporate Headquarters and a major field location and is currently on track for delivery in the client’s various International locations.

COACHING for International Senior Management Teams
Annette reviewed 360° Feedback Surveys with members of Senior Management Team, assisting in the development of a Personal Strategic Plan™ for future managerial engagement. 

TEAM DEVELOPMENT and STRATEGIC PLANNING 
Annette worked closely with a Senior Team Leader to design a meeting agenda specific to the needs of her team.  From locating the right venue to developing a program that addressed both the interpersonal and strategic planning objectives of this 2 day off-site workshop, Annette worked collaboratively with key personnel to ensure a relevant and valuable experience for all team members.

PERSONAL STRATEGIC PLANNING
Annette assisted a seasoned professional couple to create a Personal Strategic Plan to reach their individual, couple and business goals, including identifying values, vision, goals, strategies and indicators of success.  With a well-defined framework in place and increased clarity around some long-standing issues, this couple currently experience greater satisfaction and success in their businesses, relationship and blended family dynamics.
