Annette was absolutely fantastic. Her style and content was so well received I can't believe we didn't do something like this sooner. I had many people say they loved her session and the opportunity to learn a new tool for enhancing their relationships.  We had some computer challenges, but Annette was a real trooper and made the best of the situation - which is a relief for the organizer.
